What you do
- Ensure optimal staff planning.
- Guide flexible employees from their first working day and remain involved throughout their entire career.
- Be the first point of contact for employees, team leaders, and clients for HR-related questions.
- Conduct meaningful conversations and help employees grow in their role and development.
- Recruit and select new employees and conduct job interviews.
- Combine recruitment, planning, HR, and personal guidance.
What they ask
- An MBO 4 diploma, preferably in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in conducting conversations with team leaders, employees, or other stakeholders.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to maintain calm and overview in a dynamic work environment.
- A B driving license and own transport to travel flexibly between locations.
