Debt Collection Manager

Supporting the legal team, you will be responsible for the operational follow-up of debt files:

• Debt management: monitoring loan and guarantee files, from amicable resolution to litigation.
• Amicable negotiation: direct contact with debtors to reach agreements and establish realistic repayment plans.
• Procedures and acts: drafting reminders and formal notices, monitoring and transmitting files to bailiffs and lawyers.
• Insolvency files: processing situations of discontinuity (bankruptcies, corporate restructuring, liquidations) and monitoring debtor solvency.
• Administrative follow-up: rigorous recording of actions taken in databases and internal coordination.

What they ask

• Education: Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification (legal, accounting, or economic).
• Experience: initial experience in litigation management or debt collection is a valued asset.
• Knowledge: useful basic knowledge of business law, securities, or insolvency procedures (internal support is provided upon arrival).
• Qualities: rigor, good interpersonal skills, diplomacy in negotiation, and a good team spirit.
• Tools: good command of common office tools (Office suite).
