Within a government organization, two employees will further develop their skills in the field of occupational health and safety (Arbo) and prevention: an HR policy advisor and a prevention officer for external services. To bring them to the required level in their different roles, temporary additional specialized Arbo expertise is needed. An experienced Arbo specialist is sought to provide knowledge transfer and guidance, and to advise on specialized Arbo and prevention issues where necessary.
What you will do.
- Knowledge transfer to involved employees
- Guidance of employees in their development in occupational health and safety and prevention
- Advising on specialized occupational health and safety and prevention issues when necessary
- Collaborate with involved function holders to realize practical and applicable solutions

- CV of maximum 4 A4 pages
- Demonstrable and recent delivery of similar results
- Minimum 10 years of experience with occupational health and safety, prevention, and sustainable employability, both at policy and practical level
Preferences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in training and coaching professionals in occupational health and safety, prevention, and sustainable employability
- Extensive and recent work experience on behalf of a government organization
