A care organization is looking for a colleague who wants to work on secondment in a team that provides support to vulnerable individuals.
What you will do.
- Support people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
- Provide support to young people with complex support needs.
- Help people for whom appropriate care is not readily available.
- Support young people in untenable housing situations who are at risk of losing their homes.
- De-escalate threatening situations and restore stability.
- Determine the necessary support and ensure its rapid implementation.
- Collaborate with various parties to offer perspective.
Your activities will include.
- Speaking with clients.
- Mapping the situation and support needs.
- Organizing and initiating appropriate funding.
- Arranging shelter to prevent homelessness.
- Directly working on the first basic provisions and helping clients towards more stability and perspective.
Profile
- Minimum of a relevant MBO-4 care diploma.
- Ability to handle caseloads collaboratively with the team.
- Be resilient and not easily deterred.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for clients in crisis situations.
- A positive Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
