Functional Management and Data Specialist
An organization provides client support to people with disabilities, enabling them to regain control over their lives and participate in society. For public bodies and other organizations, the organization acts as an expertise partner, helping them to operate inclusively. In this role, you are the accessible point of contact and knowledge base for the organization. You think along, solve problems, and help colleagues with their questions, ideas, or issues.
Together with the ICT advisor and the ICT employee (workplace management), you form a team that works towards a well-functioning ICT department.
What you do
- You manage and optimize the applications, including MO365, RegiCare, and AFAS, and support users with functional questions, incidents, and change requests.
- You analyze user requirements, work processes, and information needs and translate these into practical solutions, functional adjustments, reports, and data products.
- You develop, test, publish, and maintain reports, including in Power BI. You ensure that data is recorded consistently, understandably, and reliably.
- You identify missing or incorrect registrations in source systems, contribute to improving data quality, and collaborate with users, the finance department, and technical specialists.
- You actively contribute to organization-wide developments and projects, such as data-driven working, AI, CRM, and changes in services that require application adjustments.
- You support, after technical setup, first-line incidents and simple changes in data streams and the data warehouse.
- You contribute to authorization management, cybersecurity, and information security.
What they ask
- A minimum of an MBO+ degree in ICT, information management, business informatics, or a comparable field. An HBO degree is a plus.
- Experience with functional management and affinity with data, reports, and data-driven working.
- Experience with Power BI, RegiCare, and/or AFAS is a plus.
- You can analyze user requirements, information needs, and work processes and translate them into concrete, user-friendly solutions.
- You work carefully and structured, with an eye for data quality, privacy, information security, and reliable information provision.
- You are a strong communicator, service-oriented, and able to support users and guide them through changes.
- You take initiative, maintain an overview, and easily collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and technical specialists.

- The position is currently classified in job group 45 (€ 3,052 - € 4,262) and can develop to job group 50 (max. € 4,705) (in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Disability Care).
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
