What you will do.
- Prospecting and mandate acquisition: identifying vehicles, managing visits and appointments, negotiating mandate conditions.
- Sales and presentation: coordinating vehicle valuation (photos, descriptions, estimates), online distribution (website, partner platforms), ensuring an attractive and transparent offer.
- Customer relationship management: welcoming, listening, advising, following up during sales, handling objections, building loyalty.
- Administrative and logistical management: legal formalities, registration certificate, transfer certificate, organizing deliveries or appointments, ensuring compliance with safety and conformity standards.
- Performance monitoring: reporting, key indicators (mandates acquired, conversion rate, average sales times, customer satisfaction), continuous optimization.
Profile
- Passionate about automobiles: knowledge of models, markets, trends, and technical criteria.
- Hunter profile: proactive in seeking mandates.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High commercial aptitude: objective-driven, exceeding expectations, autonomy.
- Rigorous mindset and solid organization: administrative, logistical, follow-up.
- Impeccable customer service: transparency, reliability, trust.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience (required).
- Driving license B (required).
- Experience in selling used vehicles would be a significant plus.
