Make a difference within a specialized hospital department. You work independently, take initiative, and are looking for a challenging project within a hospital environment. You will strengthen the existing team in a Gastroenterology department with mainly chronic patients.
What you will do.
- Provide quality nursing care to patients with gastroenterological conditions
- Observe, report, and monitor the health status of patients
- Perform technical nursing procedures
- Correctly register and follow up on patient files via an internal system
- Collaborate with doctors, colleagues, and other healthcare providers
- Independently set priorities and take initiative where necessary
What they ask
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing
- Experience within a hospital setting
- Knowledge of an internal patient file system is a strong asset
- Experience in Gastroenterology is a plus
- Familiar with the operation of a large healthcare institution
- Technically strong and accurate in your work
- Able to function independently within an existing department
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Available for employment of at least 80%
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
