For clients, you are much more than a caregiver; you are a familiar face, a listening ear, and someone who always looks at what is possible. With your personal attention, you help people live as independently and comfortably as possible at home.
What you will do.
- Support clients with their daily care.
- Perform technical nursing procedures such as administering medication, injections, wound care, and catheter care.
- Provide personal attention, a good conversation, and a listening ear.
- Signal changes in health and directly liaise with general practitioners, physiotherapists, specialists, or (district) nurses.
- Work in a dedicated district team with a dual approach (a team manager for operational management, a lead district nurse for quality of care).
- Have the freedom to carry out your work according to your own insights, with less unnecessary administration and smart digital support.
- Opportunities for further development to become a nurse or specialize in palliative care, oncology, or fall prevention through an internal academy.
Profile
- Diploma in Caregiver IG (MBO level 3).
- Driving license and car are useful.
