Crewing Assistant Assistant Planner

Are you strong in planning and organizing, communicatively skilled, and do you maintain an overview when many things are happening simultaneously? Together with the crewing coordinator, you ensure that employees are deployed on international projects on time, well-prepared, and with the right qualifications.

What you will do.

• You actively maintain contact with employees about their planning, availability, deployment, and practical matters, and you are an accessible point of contact for them.
• On the part-time days of the crewing coordinator, you independently take over the operational personnel planning.
• You also ensure continuity during holidays, illness, or other absences.

Activities.

• supporting and keeping personnel planning up-to-date;
• organizing travel, rental cars, and other travel provisions;
• arranging visas, work permits, vaccinations, and access authorizations;
• planning and monitoring training, certifications, and medical examinations;
• managing operational personnel administration and onboarding;
• preparing standard personnel and contract documentation;
• maintaining contact with employees, project managers, and external parties;
• coordinating facility matters, such as fuel cards, key management, and cleaning.
