As a freelance lecturer for an educational institution, you already have teaching material, but you are free to develop additional didactic material for the online advertising training course.

What you do
- Correct students' homework assignments.
- Provide substantive support during their training via an online student platform.
- Develop and adapt didactic programs, training tools, and teaching support.
- Determine methods, resources, and training tools for the course.
- Follow up on trainees (pedagogical, logistical, administrative).
- Design and adjust training tools, tests, training programs, modules, and plans.
- Provide training in general basic knowledge.
- Transfer knowledge to trainees.
- Develop an orientation, information, or training program.
- Improve and assess evaluations (exercises, practical work, exams).
- Explain material and equipment to trainees and transfer technical skills.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a self-employed professional.
- Necessary pedagogical skills.
- Strong practical experience.
- Ability to write flawless Dutch (good level required).
- Vocational secondary education (BSO) or equivalent by experience.
- Be customer-friendly, communicative, and helpful.
- Be able to answer student homework and questions within 48 hours.
- Possess at least broadband internet, a PC, the latest version of Microsoft Office, a phone.
