What you do
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for one of two specializations: Process & Goods Processing or Customer & Commerce. Your colleague (Assistant) Store Manager is responsible for the other specialization.
- The process-oriented side ensures a stocked, clean store through well-organized processes. As an Assistant Store Manager specialized in this area, you lead the Process & Goods Processing department.
- The Customer & Commerce side focuses on the commercial plan and ensures the store meets customer demands. You lead colleagues in the fresh produce and checkout departments.
- You work with your team to achieve goals and celebrate successes together.
- You challenge colleagues and give them the freedom to think about their department and the store themselves.
- Together, you find a solution for every challenge.

- You have experience in leading large groups of colleagues.
