HR Generalist

An organization is looking for an HR Generalist for an assignment. The focus is on operational HR support and practical advice to employees and managers. The role does not include team leadership; final decisions remain with the involved managers.

What you will do.

  • Support the preparation, control, and follow-up of payroll data and personnel files.
  • Collect, control, and analyze HR data and support budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Support recruitment procedures and follow up on candidates and involved managers.
  • Prepare and follow up on administrative and practical steps for onboarding and offboarding.
  • Research questions, find relevant information, and formulate well-founded advice for employees and managers regarding social legislation.
  • Contribute to the execution and follow-up of ongoing HR projects and associated actions.
  • Gather information, prepare next steps, and support managers in implementing decisions made.

Profile

  • Broad background as an HR Generalist, HR Consultant, or operational HR Business Partner, with at least six to seven years of relevant HR experience.
  • Practical experience in several of the mentioned HR domains, beyond exclusive recruitment or a single HR specialization.
  • HR experience within a technical or industrial organization is a strong asset, for example in electrical engineering, automation, or machine construction.
  • Independently research questions, critically analyze information, and translate it into clear, usable advice.
  • Communicate professionally with employees and managers and handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Willingness to take on an executive and advisory operational role.
