For an innovative occupational health service, we are looking for an Occupational Physician Assistant (POB). What you will do. As an Occupational Physician Assistant, you support the occupational physician in guiding employees who are absent or at risk of absence. You are an important point of contact for employees and actively contribute to a careful and effective reintegration process. Your activities include:
- Conducting consultations with employees to assess their capacity for work.
- Advising on reintegration and sustainable employability.
- Preparing clear reports and advice.
- Preparing and planning consultation hours for the occupational physician.
- Monitoring the quality and completeness of absence files.
- Collaborating intensively with occupational physicians, case managers, and other professionals.
- Guiding employees towards a healthy and sustainable return to work.
No two days are the same. You will handle diverse cases and have the freedom to contribute ideas for suitable solutions for both employees and employers.
Profile
You are engaged, strong in communication, and energized by guiding people during their reintegration. Additionally, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines. You also possess:
- A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree.
- Preferably experience as an Occupational Physician Assistant, practice assistant, nurse, or within the absence or occupational health domain.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Analytical ability and a structured way of working.
- A proactive, independent, and customer-oriented attitude.
