As an IT Solution Lead, you will serve as the technical lead for the entire product lifecycle, taking ownership of all technical aspects of both custom and off-the-shelf solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications while challenging existing workflows.
What you do
- Lead the implementation and configuration of geospatial products and integrated custom components.
- Oversee the build and deployment of solutions based on modern cloud and backend technologies.
- Coordinate with internal platforms and external suppliers to ensure adherence to security and technology standards.
- Perform technical evaluations and fit-gap analyses during software selection and procurement processes.
What they ask
- 8+ years of experience in GIS solution design and operation within the Esri ArcGIS ecosystem (Enterprise, Online, Pro, and APIs/SDKs).
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, including functional design, data modelling, and fit-gap analysis.
- Extensive experience with geospatial data-integration tools such as Safe Software FME.
- Experience developing and integrating components using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable managing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a strong command of English.
Desired.
- Experience with Vertigis Studio or Vertigis Integrator.
- Knowledge of the electricity or energy sector.
