You will be the face of a building that feels like a community. A real estate organization transforms underperforming real estate into places that work commercially, socially, and sustainably. You will bring the Social Activation and Wellbeing plan to life as the on-site Community Manager.
What you do
- Be the visible point of contact for tenants, users, and visitors.
- Organize and host the events and initiatives of the approved Social Activation and Wellbeing plan, working with caterers, event organizers, and local partners within budget.
- Write newsletters, social media, and website content, and gather feedback in person and through surveys.
- Record activities, participation, and feedback, support social KPI reporting, and pass insights to the Head of Sustainability and Asset Manager.
What they ask
- Self-employed professional, fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experienced in community management, hospitality, events, workplace experience, or a similar people-facing communication role.
- Organized, reliable, and approachable, ideally with experience in newsletters and social media.
- Knowledge of the local area and a ready-made network of caterers, event organizers, and local initiatives who can make events happen from day one.
