IT Manager

• Team Management: lead, coordinate, and support an IT team of at least 8 FTE, consisting of analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Operational Management: ensure the daily management of the team, resource allocation, activity prioritization, and monitoring of deliverables.
• IT Service Delivery: oversee the maintenance, support, and evolution of the GIS and asset management systems.
• Project Management: coordinate IT projects, monitor their progress, and ensure objectives, deadlines, and business expectations are met.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate closely with business teams, IT teams, and operational users, both in the office and in the field.
• Continuous Improvement: implement IT service management best practices, particularly according to ITIL principles, to improve the quality and efficiency of services.
• Application Evolution: guide the development of the GIS platform and its integration with key business systems, including a workforce management system, an advanced distribution management system, and smart lighting applications.
• Team Development: foster collaboration, autonomy, accountability, and skill development among team members.

What they ask

• Bachelor's degree in economics, industrial engineering, sciences, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or in coordinating an IT team within a medium or large organization.
• Proven experience in leading an IT Delivery team.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team of at least 8 FTE.
• Good experience with ITIL practices and IT service management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Fluent in French.

Preferences.

• Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering, sciences, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in the daily operational management of an ICT organization and in coaching employees.
• Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and asset management solutions.
• Knowledge of specific technologies.
