Project Leader Societal Resilience and Business Continuity

You will manage societal resilience and business continuity management (BCM) within a governmental organization.

  • You ensure that the organization is prepared for long-term disruptions and that residents and entrepreneurs are supported in this.
  • You contribute to a pleasant living environment for the residents, entrepreneurs, and visitors of the villages.
  • You are responsible for the organization's approach to societal resilience and BCM.
  • You ensure that the organization is internally prepared for long-term disruptions and that residents and entrepreneurs are externally supported in their self-reliance and mutual assistance, in close coordination with the safety region.
  • You play a key role in developing and administratively embedding the organization's course on this theme.
  • You translate local needs into a concrete course of action and act as a strategic advisor for management and the organization.

What you will do.

  • You will manage the entire societal resilience program, both internally and externally, and BCM.
  • You will coordinate:
  • alignment with the business continuity plan
  • the implementation of the Resilient Society program within the crisis organization
  • internal awareness and training of employees
  • awareness, participation, and communication towards residents and entrepreneurs
  • neighborhood-oriented dialogue sessions
  • the exploration and establishment of emergency support points.
  • You ensure that BCM is structurally arranged within:
  • the internal crisis organization
  • the line responsibility of the departments
  • various roles within the organization.
  • You translate BCM insights into administrative decision-making and prioritization.
  • You connect internal departments, management, the safety region, and societal partners.
  • You prepare decision-making and report to the management, and monitor planning, quality, coherence, and budget.
  • You initiate, coordinate, and ensure the administrative approval of the organization's vision on societal resilience, including the positioning of tasks, responsibilities, and role perception.

Profile

  • Experience as a project leader within an administrative-governmental context.
  • Good handling of unclear and changing frameworks and ability to bring structure, focus, and progress.
  • Strong in leadership, connection, consensus building, and prioritization.
  • Pragmatic, politically sensitive, and results-oriented.
  • A combination of strategic vision with practical implementation power.
  • Able to translate abstract challenges into concrete approaches, interventions, and organizational development.
