Expansion of a dynamic team of dermatologists within a healthcare institution.
- The department includes 5 recently built consultation rooms and a separate UVB/PUVA room.
- Available equipment includes a CO2 laser, KTP laser, diode laser, PDT lamp, and a Miradry device.
- A rotating team of 6 nurses supports during consultations and performs nursing procedures under supervision (e.g., placement of epicutaneous tests, certain laser treatments, PDT, wart treatments, organization of consultations for admitted patients).
- There is smooth and close collaboration with colleagues from other departments, particularly with pathologists, plastic surgeons, and oncologists.
- Efficient collaboration with general practitioners from the wider area and active contribution to dermatological further education through training in a local academy.
