As a nurse, you will work with vulnerable elderly people and complex care needs. You will combine nursing care with personal attention for patients and their relatives, while continuing to develop yourself in a close-knit team within a healthcare organization.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the nursing care of patients with acute physical complaints and existing functional, psychological, and social challenges.
- Quality of care is always central.
- Guiding family members.
- Participating in the Geriatric consultation team at the Emergency Department (SEH).
- Opportunity to specialize with the Clinical Geriatrics training.
Profile
- Completed MBO or HBO Nursing degree.
- Experience in a hospital is a plus. If you work in VVT and have at least two years of work experience as a nurse, you are also cordially invited to apply.
- Attention to patients and collaboration with colleagues.
- Work safely, maintain an overview, and remain calm, even when busy.
