What you will do.
- Design and coordinate quality construction and renovation projects, from initial measurement to delivery.
- Form a valuable team with the client, architect, engineer, and contractor.
- See the broad overlap between interior architecture and architecture as an opportunity for broader development.
- Manage the construction phase up to delivery for private clients.
- Monitor budget, planning, and quality with a structured approach.
What they ask for.
- Completed education in interior architecture and/or civil engineering.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
- Work on an independent basis.
- Driving license B.

- Critical eye for detail and a structured way of working.

- Eager to learn, results-oriented, and strong in communication, both with clients and with executors on site.
Skills.
- Optimal knowledge of Vectorworks, MS Office, and Claude.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and Google Gemini AI.
- Excellent design qualities.
- Optimal construction technical knowledge.
- Experience in preparing quantity surveys and budget overviews.
- Strong numerically, goal-oriented, and successful with deadlines.
