CISO

You will join a leading organization in the field of Cyber Security, where security is central to the services provided.

• You will work within a strong ecosystem of experts, from strategic profiles to operational specialists, and gain access to a broad security portfolio.
• Together, you will ensure that clients are optimally prepared for a constantly changing cyber landscape.
• As a customer-facing CISO, you will be the strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for various organizations.
• You do not perform operational security measures yourself, but you help determine the strategic direction.
• You translate complex cyber threats into clear insights for management and the board of directors and think about how cybersecurity can support the broader business strategy.
• Whether it concerns managed security services, a CISO or GRC-as-a-Service role, or consultancy: you ensure that clients are maximally relieved of their concerns.
• For technical implementations, you work closely with specialized security teams and operational services.

What you will do.

• Strategy & Roadmap
• You develop and implement a cybersecurity policy that aligns with the organization's DNA.
• You draw up clear long-term roadmaps.
• You translate strategic objectives into tactical action plans and guide their execution.
• High-level governance
• You are a sparring partner at C-level and participate in board meetings and risk committees.
• You set up security governance (who does what, how is it reported?) and ensure coherence between security, privacy, and business continuity.
• Risk Management & Compliance
• You initiate risk analyses (IT, OT, and IoT) and make risks transparent for management.
• You guide clients through laws and regulations and prepare them for audits and ISO certifications.
• Security Incidents & Services
• In the event of serious security incidents, you maintain an overview and calm.
• You coordinate crisis communication while operational teams resolve the incident.
• You advise clients on the optimal use of SOC, monitoring, and other security services.
• Impact & Communication
• You increase security awareness within the organization and present clear reports on risks and maturity.
• You are the primary point of contact for security and the central contact person for all stakeholders.
