The passenger transport service plans and executes non-operational passenger transport, subdivided into group transport, patient transport, and VIP transport.
What you will do.
- Daily work preparation for VIP transport assignments.
- Managing training administration.
- Leading planners/team leaders.
- Allocating the capacity of the work unit for transport assignments.
- Ensuring the continuity of staffing for planners/team leaders.
- Drawing up a work plan and setting priorities.
- Monitoring the progress of execution and intervening in case of bottlenecks.
- Creating a balanced schedule.
- Monitoring compliance with the Working Hours Act (ATW).
- Having (physical) internal transport controls carried out.
- Ensuring the completeness of necessary data and associated instructions.
- Coordinating training within the work unit.
- Drawing up schedules and partial orders related to training.
- Monitoring the validity of certificates.
- Monitoring the registration of training results.
