An organization is in full development and aims to become an AI-first organization. AI is becoming increasingly important in its services and internal operations. You will have the opportunity to make an impact as an AI Consultant and guide the organization's next phase.
What you do
- Help organizations translate AI from an interesting technology into concrete applications that deliver actual value
- Dive into organizations and their processes to identify bottlenecks and determine where AI can make an impact
- Gather requirements from clients, analyze business processes, and jointly map out the best solution
- Consider not only what is technically possible but also the business case and ROI
- Play an important internal role in determining how AI is deployed and how propositions are developed
- Advise clients on the possibilities and applications of AI
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them with the client into smart AI and automation solutions with demonstrable business value
- Develop and implement AI solutions and smart automations
- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and other modern AI technologies
- Build and optimize scalable AI pipelines
- Translate complex business challenges into practical AI solutions
- Contribute to discussions on AI architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI use
- Work with Azure and modern development and AI technologies
- Share knowledge with colleagues and help build AI expertise within the organization
What they ask
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a comparable field
- Experience with AI/ML and developing AI solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with Azure and/or cloud-based AI solutions
- Experience with ChatGPT/Codex, Claude/Claude Code, Azure Foundry, Microsoft Copilot
- Knowledge of generative AI and LLMs
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or similar technologies
- Understanding of how AI solutions are brought from experiment to a scalable production environment
Profile

- Able to delve deep into technology and translate this knowledge into solutions that genuinely benefit clients
- Eager to keep learning, takes initiative, and enjoys being at the forefront
- Strong communicator and can explain technical concepts clearly

- Experience with LangChain, MCP, MLOps, or local LLM-inference is a plus
