An insurance company is looking for a content writer who can effortlessly translate complex insurance information into clear, human, and appealing content. The texts must be useful for advisors. You will work within an enthusiastic marketing team and assist with communication surrounding the migration to a new administration system for business insurance.
What you will do.
- Write, rewrite, and refine insurance texts
- Translate complex subject matter into clear and understandable language
- Write blogs about prevention, current events, and customer stories
- Create newsletters for insurance advisors
- Develop, write, and publish social media posts
- Create content for the website, advisor portal
- Review texts and ensure everything is correct – both in content and tone of voice
- Liaise with colleagues from Product Development, Acceptance, Claims, and Compliance, among others
- Contribute ideas for content that truly helps distribution partners
- Work in an Agile manner and quickly switch between large content projects and small writing tasks
Profile
- Experienced content writer who takes language seriously
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably communication/media
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a content writer
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Experience with Agile working
- Talent for simplifying complex information
- Healthy dose of stakeholder skills
- Keen eye for detail and sense of tone of voice
- Affinity with insurance is a plus
