Project Advisor Social Resilience
What happens if essential services are interrupted for a long time? How do we ensure that residents know what they can do themselves and how they can help each other? And how do we, together with entrepreneurs, social organizations, and other partners, organize a public organization that continues to function even during unexpected events? Social resilience is more relevant than ever.
As a Project Advisor Social Resilience, you help translate plans into concrete action, from developing a network of emergency support points to initiatives that help residents, neighborhoods, and entrepreneurs be better prepared. Self-reliance is an important principle of the program for local resilience and self-reliance, which forms the basis for the activities.
What you do
Together with the program manager for Local Resilience and Self-Reliance, you work on the further development of social resilience. You combine thinking and doing. You follow national and regional developments, identify what these mean for the organization, and translate them into concrete projects and initiatives. You advise colleagues and the board, but you are just as easily found outside the office to achieve things together with residents, entrepreneurs, and social partners.
You implement the program and at the same time help to firmly embed social resilience within the organization for the long term. You work at the intersection of safety, society, policy, and implementation and are given space to set up initiatives and bring them from idea to execution.

- Contribute to the structural embedding of social resilience within the public organization.
Profile
You are curious about what is happening around you and find it interesting to translate social developments into concrete solutions. You can analyze and advise, but above all, you want to get things done. You are pragmatic, proactive, and work from an open and positive attitude. You easily make contact, take initiative, and know how to bring different people and interests together.
You understand that working within a public organization requires political and administrative sensitivity and know when to accelerate, connect, or carefully coordinate. You smoothly switch between policy thinking and action-oriented work and dare to give and receive feedback.
