You will contribute to the digital future of a financial service provider. You will be part of a close-knit team of specialists working daily on a stable and future-proof application landscape.
What you will do.
- Solving complex technical issues and continuously working on improvements
- Taking initiative and contributing ideas for optimizations
- Incident & Change Management: monitoring, analyzing, and quickly resolving disruptions, keeping all stakeholders informed, and ensuring careful registration
- Functional Management: supporting key users with complex questions, translating user requirements into smart solutions, and actively contributing to improvements
- Lifecycle Management: managing applications throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring they remain secure, up-to-date, and perform optimally
- Automation & Integration: optimizing processes and application chains using Azure, Jira, Topdesk, and DevOps practices
- Working closely with developers, suppliers, and colleagues from various IT disciplines to improve the continuity and quality of services

Profile
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Computer Science or IT Management
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial sector or leasing industry
- Experience with Azure, Jira, Topdesk, or similar tooling
- Knowledge of application management within a complex IT environment and affinity with DevOps
- Good command of the Dutch language
- An analytical, quality-oriented, and results-driven way of working
- Collaboration is self-evident
