As a team leader of an IT department, you are responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding a multidisciplinary team focused on building-related ICT services, such as workplace facilities, network infrastructure, printing services, and audiovisual solutions. You play a key role in the transition of a government organization to a SAFe Agile organization, coaching the team in agile working methods, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In addition to people leadership – ensuring a motivated, competent, and collaborative team – you are also responsible for the financial management of the team. This includes budget management, cost monitoring, and cost forecasting. We are looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership skills, an agile mindset, and an an affinity for both technical and financial aspects of IT service delivery.
You are able to guide changes, optimize team performance, and contribute to the further professionalization of the IT department within the broader context of the organization. In the context of the Agile transition within the organization, where management roles are changing, we are looking for a temporary team manager who can guide the team through this transition phase.
