For the continued growth of a real estate agency, an enthusiastic real estate agent or IPI trainee is sought to help build the office and strengthen its presence in the region.
What you will do.
- Acquire new sales assignments and prospect
- Conduct valuations and sales discussions
- Organize viewings and follow up with potential buyers
- Conduct negotiations and close sales
- Manage your own clients and files from A to Z
- Actively contribute ideas for new commercial opportunities
- Have the opportunity to run your own office in the long term
Profile
- You have an IPI number or are an IPI trainee
- You are commercially strong and energized by customer contact and sales
- You take initiative and work independently
- You are motivated to achieve results and continue to grow
- For IPI trainees:
- You hold a diploma that grants access to the IPI traineeship (generally at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent level)
- You meet the conditions for registration on the list of IPI trainees
- You are willing to complete the IPI competency trajectory and traineeship
- You are motivated to develop into a recognized real estate agent
Practical
- You will join a young and ambitious real estate agency with a lot of freedom and responsibility
- You will receive strong administrative and marketing support, allowing you to focus on clients, real estate
