You will work in-house at a production organization, where you will be the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes. You support people, handle administrative tasks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you do
- You are the fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guide them throughout their employment.
- You ensure careful onboarding and support employees with questions about their work, development, and deployability.
- You draw up contracts, process mutations, and maintain correct HR administration.
- You liaise daily with managers about staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.
- You conduct conversations about well-being, engagement, and development and encourage employees to get the best out of themselves.
- You identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and translate these into concrete actions on the work floor.
What they ask
- MBO 4 or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar field.
- Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus, but not a must.
- Easy and professional communication in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
- Work proactively and structured, take responsibility, and maintain an overview during busy periods.
