Caregiver IG in Protected Living

You make a difference by working at the intersection of guidance, care, and above all, personal attention for vulnerable people.

What you will do.

  • You guide participants with a challenging past (addiction, homelessness, psychological vulnerability) based on care plans.
  • You support self-care and personal hygiene, including daily activities such as washing, dressing, and meal times.
  • You assist the nurse with nursing or technical procedures.
  • You will work in a protected living facility that offers a safe and stable environment for recovery and stability.

Profile

  • You have a relevant, completed MBO 3 education.
  • You are eager to learn, flexible, and willing to actively participate in the personal care of participants.
  • You are resilient, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a driven team.
  • Irregular shifts are not an issue for you.
  • You are a Christian and can articulate what that means to you.

The team.

  • You will work with a team of colleagues, including a department manager, case manager, behavioral scientist, nurse, counselors, caregivers, and volunteers.
  • The team provides care to 27 participants with multiple complex issues.
  • There is room for consultation, feedback, and respectful collaboration.
  • Opportunities to utilize talents in extracurricular activities.
