Education Assistant

You will provide important support to students and teachers in the Care & Welfare and LOB (career orientation and guidance) department.

For teachers, you will be an extra pair of hands and eyes.
The lessons are specifically aimed at orientation and preparation for the Care & Welfare profile.
LOB helps students reflect on their interests, qualities, opportunities, and future, and discover suitable education and career choices.

What you do

Support the preparation and execution of lessons.
Guide students during lessons and with assignments and activities offered in the LOB program.
Contribute to the smooth organizational running of education.
Answer student questions and provide additional explanations where necessary.
Provide guidance and address behavior and work attitude.
Perform various administrative and organizational tasks.
Maintain and process student data, attendance, and absence.
Prepare lesson materials and assignments.

You are independent, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
You have an eye for the different needs of students and know how to interact with them in a calm and positive manner.
You can inspire and guide students in making choices for their future careers.
