AI has rapidly transformed the way we work. Many organizations are not yet fully leveraging the potential of their people and tools. Knowledge is fragmented, and pilots fail due to insufficient integration of AI within the organization. Large multinationals already collaborate with leading AI developers, but SMEs often lack access to this. This is where this role makes a crucial contribution. A technology company, an official partner in a leading AI partner program, implements advanced AI solutions for large SMEs.
This includes everything from AI support on the shop floor to custom solutions, plugins, and full automations. The focus is on active participation within client teams to deliver working AI solutions that contribute to growth, time savings, and smart innovation, rather than just advising.
What you do
- Your first assignment will be with a leading organization in the Central Netherlands region.
- Four days a week, you will work within the client's team (3 days at the client's office and 1 day at the technology company's office or remote).
- You will identify areas where time is lost through discussions.
- You will convert these insights into AI workflows in a specific AI platform and custom software.
- You will train the team to work with the developed solutions.
- On the fifth day, you will work from the technology company's office on agency development and your own growth.
- This includes conceiving and developing new products, building plugins around the AI platform, testing new applications, and brainstorming opportunities and future clients.
- With each subsequent assignment, your expertise will grow, which is the fastest route to becoming an expert in actually applying AI in the workplace.
Profile
- You work independently: you are given a goal, not a task list.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in a professional organization.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is a requirement.
- You quickly learn new technical skills and applications, given the rapid changes in the industry.
- You don't just want to build: client contact energizes you, and you involve people in what you have created.
- Demonstrable affinity with applying AI; colleagues already approach you with their AI questions, and you have already built various applications, agents, skills, or workflows.
- Demonstrable experience with the use of AI tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Codex, Copilot, n8n.
- Specific domain knowledge from work experience in, for example, finance, HR, operations, sales, or marketing is a plus.
- A background in data, IT, software, building automations, or work experience as a product owner or AI-assisted development is a plus.
