You will work on a portfolio mainly composed of companies active in the real estate, commercial, and technology sectors, as well as investment funds. The files, few but particularly technical, allow for the development of true expertise while offering a qualitative approach to client relations. What you will do.
- You supervise all accounting activities and support the teams in managing their client portfolios.
- You ensure the onboarding of new clients and the proper distribution of files among the different teams.
- You support supervisors and collaborators in their development thanks to your technical expertise and your ability to transmit your knowledge.
- You participate in performance evaluations and the organization of training sessions for the accounting teams.
- You collaborate daily with accounting managers from other international entities of the organization to ensure quality reporting and harmonization of practices.
- You contribute to the development of the department while benefiting from great autonomy in your organization.
Profile
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a fiduciary or similar environment, including team supervision experience.
- You are a certified Accountant and wish to evolve within an international organization offering real career development opportunities.
- You are proficient in professional English to communicate with clients and the different international teams of the organization.
- You appreciate trust-based management and are capable of delegating, training, and empowering your collaborators without micro-management.
- You possess excellent communication skills and experience in reporting and presenting results.
