Nurse Training, Events & Regulations
A healthcare organization is looking for a nurse who is energized by organizing, sharing knowledge, and monitoring developments within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for the department of training, events, and regulations. You will combine your nursing background with organizational talent and have the opportunity to contribute to the offerings for affiliated nurses. You will ensure that training courses, webinars, and events run smoothly, while also keeping abreast of changes within the sector.
You will be given the necessary freedom to take initiative, bring in ideas, and leave your own mark on the role.
What you will do.
- Organize training courses and webinars from A to Z, including planning, practical preparation, communication, and follow-up.
- Contribute to the content and development of training courses, webinars, and e-learnings, with the opportunity to deliver them yourself where possible.
- Organize various events and activities, such as info sessions, after-work gatherings, and team-building events.
- Closely monitor developments within home nursing, the nursing sector, and relevant regulations.
- Translate new regulations and important changes into clear and practical information for clients and colleagues.
- Actively contribute ideas on how to further improve and expand the range of training courses and events.
- Take responsibility for your department and ensure smooth and professional follow-up of various projects.
