As a Supporter, you are the stable force behind the scenes of a team dedicated to a safe, integral, and resilient government organization. You support the head of the department and the advisors in planning, administration, process monitoring, and management information, enabling them to perform their work optimally. With your organizational talent, eye for detail, and proactive attitude, you ensure that agreements are met, processes run smoothly, and important information is always available.

You are part of a new expertise center for Ethics, Safe Working, and Integrity within the organization. The team is in full development and consists of specialists and advisors in the fields of integrity, resilience, and safe public tasks. This expertise center holds an independent position within the organization and plays an important role in strengthening a safe and integral working environment.

You will join a knowledgeable and committed team that is jointly building a new organizational unit with social impact.

What you will do.

  • Organize and support meetings, gatherings, and consultations, and monitor the progress of agreements made.
  • Maintain contact with the provider of training for tailor-made programs.
  • Manage administrative processes, including an incident registration system and supporting the integrity reporting point as a secretary.
  • Compile management information and progress reports, and perform analyses for the team and the department head.
  • Support the drafting and processing of documents, files, advice, and administrative pieces.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and help to set them up more efficiently and effectively.
  • Daily collaboration with the head of the expertise center and colleagues within the department.
  • Maintain contacts with various internal and external partners, such as colleagues from HR, Communication, executive assistants, the police, and the Public Prosecution Service.

Profile

  • Minimum MBO plus work and thinking level.
  • Experience in a supporting, administrative, or coordinating role, preferably within a complex organization.
  • Experience with registration systems and preparing management reports is a plus.
  • Accurate in managing administrative processes and processing confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an overview, prioritization, and coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and communicatively skilled, showing initiative and pleasant collaboration.
  • Understanding the importance of integrity, discretion, and reliability in your work.
  • Handle sensitive information carefully and know when to act or be reserved.
  • Flexible and able to switch quickly in a dynamic work environment.
