You will take responsibility for your own branch within an educational organization, leading a team and making a daily impact on the development of young people. This role combines entrepreneurship, management, and education. You will be given a lot of freedom and the opportunity to visibly contribute to the growth of students and your branch.
What you will do. As a branch manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of the branch. Thanks to your efforts, students receive guidance that helps them learn more effectively, develop more self-confidence, and achieve better results. You run your own branch as an entrepreneur within the organization.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of student mentors
- Conducting intake, evaluation, and advisory discussions with students and parents
- Organizing schedules, administration, and action plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders
- Being visibly present at the branch and, if necessary, contributing to homework guidance
- Realizing growth, quality, and results within your branch
Profile
You are energized by combining education, management, and entrepreneurship. You are independent, decisive, and feel responsible for the success of your branch. You know how to maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and build relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleagues. Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role is a plus.
