A growing fiduciary, consisting of 3 partners and approximately 40 employees, spread across several offices in Belgium, is looking for reinforcement. The structure has undergone dynamic development, growing from 5 employees at its inception to nearly 40 today. You will join a fiduciary that supports a diverse clientele mainly composed of very small and small and medium-sized enterprises, with also some international companies.
Files can be distributed according to each person's skills and desires, allowing for a certain freedom in work and real diversity in missions. The fiduciary is distinguished by its family and collaborative operation, with a young team, little hierarchy, and an accessible and available leader to support its employees. The structure is also particularly focused on technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence, with the desire to use new solutions to improve the daily lives of the teams.
What you do
- You ensure the preparation of balance sheets and VAT declarations, with particular autonomy expected in this area.
- You can intervene in the entire accounting process, depending on your experience, skills, and desires.
- You support a varied clientele of very small and small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as some international company files.
- You participate in client advice and support, seeking to understand their needs and the challenges related to their activity.
- You work with various accounting tools such as Silverfin, Odoo, Horus, and Winbooks, in an environment that is also interested in the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence.
Profile
- You have experience in a fiduciary and are ideally autonomous in VAT declarations.
- You are capable of independently handling the preparation of balance sheets and VAT declarations.
- You wish to evolve within a family and collaborative structure, where everyone works on an equal footing.
- You appreciate environments where the leader remains available and where it is easy to exchange in case of questions.
- You are curious and open to new technologies, particularly the use of AI in the accounting profession.
- You appreciate being able to adapt your missions to your skills and desires, while gradually developing your level of autonomy.

Practical
- You benefit from great flexibility in your hours, with everyone able to organize their schedule according to their preferences.
- You have the possibility to distribute your working time over 4 days instead of 5, or for example with working hours from 7 am to 3 pm or from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Part-time work is also possible from 3/5th, with the possibility to freely define your schedule.
- Overtime hours are compensated, allowing for a good balance between your professional and private life.
