Contract and Supplier Manager
Contract and supplier management is in full development within the organization. An important task for you is to further establish a solid foundation for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within business operations. You will help implement an organization-wide contract management methodology and ensure that it aligns well with existing processes and becomes part of how we organize our business operations. This will give you an important role in further professionalizing client management within our organization.
You will not only manage existing contracts but also contribute to how we can further develop the profession and working methods. Not everything is set in stone: you will have the freedom to guide the approach and implementation based on your expertise.
What you do
As a contract and supplier manager, you are, together with a colleague, responsible for contract and supplier management within the Business Operations chain. You work organization-wide and operate at the intersection of contractual and financial agreements, supplier performance, risks, and tenders. You work closely with colleagues within HR, IDT, Procurement & Contract Management, and the various chain teams. An important part of your work lies in hiring and ICT.
This concerns all contracts within the Business Operations teams. Currently, the focus is, among other things, on external hiring up to scale 8, the broker construction for hiring, and various ICT contracts from tenders. Think of software licenses, fixed and mobile telephony, and new maintenance contracts for major core applications of the organization.
You maintain an overview of the whole and look ahead: where are the risks, which agreements and performances require attention, and what is needed for contracts and supplier relationships to function well? You are a strong discussion partner for internal clients and suppliers and know how to bring different interests together, to act decisively where necessary, and to provide space where possible.
