Personal Supervisor Disability Care

South HollandOn site28 hours/week<3months

This role, officially called Coordinating Supervisor, is about building a home where everyone belongs. Good guidance is not just about residents; it's also about collaborating with colleagues, family, and volunteers. This connection makes all the difference. As a Personal Supervisor at a small-scale residential facility, you will have the freedom to take the lead in this. The residential facility is a warm and small-scale living environment for 16 residents with a moderate intellectual disability.

Most residents are independent and go to work or day activities during the day. One resident requires intensive ADL care, offering a nice combination of guidance and care. What makes the facility unique is its atmosphere. It feels like a small village within the village. With 43 involved volunteers, active relatives, and a strong connection to the local community, there is always life. Together, you will organize activities, celebrate successes, and ensure that residents truly feel at home.

You will join a stable and young team of eight colleagues that is fully developing, with plenty of room for personal initiative.
