The assignment involves independently preparing, tendering, and executing civil engineering projects. As a civil project leader, you are responsible for the integral preparation, tendering, and realization of civil engineering projects in public spaces. You will manage quality, planning, budget, and environmental management, and ensure coordination between all involved parties, so that projects are executed efficiently and successfully.
What you do
- Coordinate preliminary investigations
- Coordinate with utility companies so that work preferably takes place before project execution
- Resident participation
- Guidance and control on SO, VO, DO, and RAW specifications
- Guide tenders in collaboration with the buyer
- Executive management and supervision direction
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years with civil engineering projects in full project phases
- Demonstrably completed civil engineering education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable work experience with government decision-making processes and bringing council or college advice into procedure
- Demonstrable work experience with the preparation, tendering, and execution of reconstruction and/or redesign projects
- Demonstrable work experience with UAV, RAW methodology, and government work processes
- Demonstrable work experience with resident participation and environmental management
- Demonstrable work experience with coordination of cables and pipelines/NUTS parties
