You are responsible for training and guiding employees of partner companies in the motorcycle sector. The focus is on imparting technical knowledge and skills.
What you do
- Develop training concepts
- Deliver training and refine content based on periodic evaluations
- Contribute to shaping new and existing training programs, based on training needs and in consultation with the program coordinator
- Incorporate new developments into training by following training and courses
- Ensure orders for the appropriate (didactic) material
- Create the complete planning with your team
- Be open to occasional coaching assignments at dealerships

- A (higher) technical education
- Preferably several years of experience in a similar technical (automotive/motorcycle) role, with a strong affinity for motorcycles
- An enthusiastic trainer who is driven to educate, guide, and coach professionals
- Excellent at translating theory into practice
- Aware of the latest developments in motorcycle technology
- The expert in electro-mechanical motorcycle systems
- A pleasant, open personality with an intrinsic motivation to help people succeed in their career and personal development
- Fluent and structured communication
- Perfectly bilingual or at least extremely comfortable giving training in Dutch and French
