What you will do. As a manager, you will be deployed to locations of a healthcare organization where additional leadership and change are needed. You will carry out temporary project-based assignments, quickly adapting, bringing structure, and helping to stabilize teams in crisis.
- You start each assignment by creating a project plan and ensure its successful execution.
- You ensure that employees can function optimally and provide quality care.
Your Main Tasks.
- Leading in complex situations: You provide clarity, make decisions, and create a safe and structured working environment.
- Change management: You guide departments in transition and ensure lasting improvements in care quality and team dynamics.
- Bringing operational management in order: You monitor and report monthly on finances, employee satisfaction, and turnover.
- Strengthening collaboration: You involve volunteers, informal caregivers, and family members in the well-being of clients.
- Coaching and inspiring: You help colleagues at the location grow, so they can do their work with pleasure and confidence.
Profile
You are a manager with a strong personality and extensive experience in crisis and change management in healthcare. You can work project-based and know how to motivate teams and successfully implement changes.
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a manager.
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a similar field, plus an additional course or training in change and/or crisis management.
- Experience with guiding multiple change or crisis management trajectories in healthcare.
- Demonstrable mastery of at least 3 of the following competencies: results-orientation, vision, change management, and influencing power.
Practical
As a manager, you can be deployed within one of the organization's various care domains, such as elderly care, youth, mental health care, and care for people with disabilities. You will be flexibly deployed to locations where temporary reinforcement is needed.
