What you do
- Responsible for the daily care of patients in orthopedics and acute geriatrics.
- Performing technical nursing procedures.
- Monitoring the general condition of the patient (physical and psychosocial).
- Collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Actively contributing to high-quality and smooth care delivery.
- Observing, reporting, and intervening promptly when necessary.
- Ensuring correct and accurate administration.
- Contributing to a safe and structured working environment.
- Dealing with a varied patient population.
- Flexibly switching between different care situations.
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (bachelor or HBO5).
- Experience in orthopedics and/or geriatrics is a strong plus.
- Good clinical insight and ability to set priorities.
- Working accurately and taking responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and enjoying teamwork.
- Ability to adapt easily to a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts.
