What you will do.
- You are the first point of contact for referrers and registered clients dealing with acute psychiatric problems.
- You act quickly, think sharply, and ensure that the right help is available at the right time.
- You work with a Mental Health Triage Guide to assess the urgency of reports and coordinate with colleagues from the crisis service.
- You provide direct support to clients who can count on you 24/7.
- You conduct telephone conversations with general practitioners, police, emergency call centers, and other chain partners.
- You ensure a clear handover to the next shift and maintain an overview in hectic situations.
- You are the connecting link between referrer, client, and care provider.
- You have an advisory role, work independently and in a team, and contribute to the further development of this new function.
