An established technology player, part of a larger, financially stable holding company. The organization develops and implements its own software and hardware solutions in the HR sector. The product combines software with associated hardware and can be offered both on-premise and in a cloud environment. This allows the solution to be fully tailored to the processes, infrastructure, and needs of each client.
To support further growth, a new colleague is sought to guide B2B clients in the analysis, configuration, and commissioning of the platform.
What you do
- Guide implementation projects from start to finish.
- Analyze the current operations and needs of clients through discussions, workshops, and demos to map processes and determine how the solution should be set up.
- Translate these needs into a concrete implementation plan and configure the software to the client's specifications.
- Coordinate any adjustments, integrations, or custom work with the internal team if standard functionalities are insufficient.
- Monitor project planning and progress, keep the client informed, and ensure all involved parties clearly understand what is expected.
- Organize and provide training to managers and other employees after configuration.
- Remain involved in follow-up after go-live, occasionally answer functional questions from existing clients, and liaise with support or technical colleagues as needed.
- The focus of the role is clearly on analysis, implementation, training, and project follow-up, with limited support tasks.
Profile
- Experience as an Implementation Analyst or as a key-user of HR software.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Enjoys working in a team, but can also work autonomously.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and French.
