• You develop additional didactic material for the Google Ads SEA training, based on your practical experience.
• You convey course material in a practical way to students during course series.
• You base your approach on the institution's guidelines regarding didactics and take the target group into account.
• You may use other existing teaching materials for inspiration, with proper source attribution.
• You correct students' homework assignments and provide substantive support throughout their training via an online student platform.
• You develop and adapt didactic programs, training tools, and teaching support.
• You determine methods, resources, and training tools for the course.
• You monitor trainees (pedagogical, logistical, administrative).
• You design and adjust training tools, tests, programs, and plans.
• You provide training in general basic knowledge and transfer knowledge to trainees.
• You develop an orientation, information, or training program.
• You correct and evaluate assessments (exercises, practical work, exams).
• You explain materials and equipment to trainees and transfer technical skills.

What they ask

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a self-employed professional.
• Possess the necessary pedagogical skills.
• Have practical experience and be able to write flawless Dutch.
• Be customer-friendly, communicative, and helpful.
• Be able to answer students' homework and questions within 48 hours.
• Possess broadband internet, a PC, the latest version of Microsoft Office, and a phone.
