- Ability to function independently within an egalitarian team collaboration
- Affinity/experience with conducting individual and group treatments
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating within and outside the organization and willingness to invest in this

- Classification according to CAO-GGZ
- Balance budget and training budget available
- Flat organization with mutual trust as its foundation
