Within a healthcare organization, we are looking for a caregiver IG who believes in personal attention for every resident. You see residents as unique, valuable, and with their own wishes and needs. With your care and attention, you contribute to their quality of life. You think in possibilities, look with your colleagues at what is feasible, and ensure that residents feel heard and seen.
What you will do.
- You are a familiar face to the residents and help them with daily activities.
- You support and guide (part of) personal care and ensure a pleasant, safe atmosphere.
- You always prioritize the resident's care wishes and needs.
- You identify bottlenecks and discuss them with your colleagues to jointly seek solutions, such as arranging additional support.
Profile
- You have a caregiver IG diploma at mbo3 level or higher.
- You are vaccinated against Hepatitis B or are willing to be.
