You are a people person who thrives on contact with flexible employees and managers, and you ensure that everything behind the scenes is well-organized. You are available for flexible employees, guide them throughout their careers, and support HR processes that contribute to a pleasant and well-organized work environment.
What you will do.
- Chats with flexible employees and checks in on them.
- Helps new colleagues get started during their first working days.
- Serves as a trusted point of contact for questions about work, planning, or contract matters.
- Accurately processes contracts, personnel changes, and time registrations.
- Ensures that personnel files remain complete and up-to-date.
- Supports absence registrations.
- Contributes ideas for improvements in work processes.
