In a constantly evolving environment, exposed to operational, technological, and reputational risks, this mission aims to strengthen the organization's capacity to anticipate, manage, and resolve crisis situations. The main objective is to structure and deploy a robust crisis management strategy. In close collaboration with the Business Continuity Officer, your role specifically involves the following aspects:
What you do
- Design and implement a crisis management system compliant with international standards, particularly ISO 22361.
- Train and support teams in applying crisis management procedures and best practices.
- Prepare, organize, and facilitate crisis exercises.
- Ensure coordination of actions and communication during real crisis situations.
- Define a multi-year program of crisis exercises and lead simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of existing mechanisms.
- Design and deliver educational materials for key stakeholders involved in crisis management.
- Lead the crisis unit to support relevant and structured decision-making.
- Formalize lessons learned, analyze the causes of any malfunctions, and propose and follow up on corrective actions.
Profile
- Confirmed experience in corporate crisis management.
- Good knowledge of international standards, notably ISO 22361.
- Ability to train, support, and coordinate various stakeholders in sensitive contexts.
- Proficiency in preparing and facilitating crisis exercises as well as managing real situations.
